Can I add items to my shopping cart after I’ve made an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot add additional items to an order once you’ve made the purchase. If you’d like to purchase additional items, you may do so by canceling your initial order within 1-business day and making a completely new purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
TIE SHOP accepts "PAYPAL" and "PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT" for payments. If you are in Korea, you may also use credit cards or "Naver Pay."
How do I get a refund or cancel my order?
If you want to refund or cancel your order before delivery begins, please send a request e-mail within one business day. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, and order number. If you want to know more details on refunds or cancellations, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Can I use a discount coupon?
If you are one of our BACKERS from our KICKSTARTER campaign, we’ve sent a discount coupon that is good for one-time use. Carefully read the details and precautions written in the email before using the coupon.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. All of our products are shipped by FedEx or similar air carriers. Please refer to their shipping rates for additional details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Allow 3-10 days for the shipment to arrive at your doorsteps.
Where do you ship from?
All products purchased through our TIE SHOP will be shipped directly from our factory in South Korea. Please note, customs duties or import fees may incur depending on your location.
Please ship my orders to a different address.
If you want to ship your order to a different address (e.g. to send as a gift, receive the order at your workplace, etc.) you can find different address options on the billing details.
